know yourself. everyone goes through changes, some faster than others, some more radical than others, everybody stuck in perpetual circles. be able to realize what the fuck is going on, and be able to stop yourself, or at least plan ahead for it. it takes a lifetime, so start paying attention and picking up the little shit now.
